Our Recruitment Process
Our 5 Steps Recruitment & Selection Process:
Apply Online: Candidates can apply through the form.
Written Test: After receiving resumes, HR Department will shortlist candidates based on the requirements and call the selected candidates.
Interviews: Those who qualify for the Written Test are then called for the First Interview, final interview is conducted for those qualify for the final interview.
Medical & Document Verification: Selected candidates then further go through the pre-employment Medical Examination. Documents (Educational & Experience) are also verified and scrutinized.
Offer & Joining: If the candidate clears all above-mentioned steps then he/she is offered the Job and is finally conducted.
